Mail On Deck provides a free temporary email service that allows users to:

- Receive emails without registration
- Copy email addresses to clipboard

- Delete email addresses at any time
- Receive browser notifications for new emails
- View and download emails and attachments
Important Service Characteristics:
- Mail On Deck is a temporary email service, not a traditional full-featured email provider
- You cannot send emails using Mail On Deck; you can only receive them
- All emails are automatically deleted after 24 hours
- Emails may be publicly accessible to any user of the system
- Mail On Deck has no control over the content of emails sent to temporary addresses
- Service availability and domain names are not guaranteed and may change without notice
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- "Service" refers to Mail On Deck's temporary email service, website, and all related features
- "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service
- "Temporary Email Address" means the disposable email address generated by the Service
- "Free Service" refers to the basic Mail On Deck features available without payment

- Modifying performance or capacity limitations
You acknowledge that:

Temporary Nature of Service
Given the temporary nature of our Service:
- Emails are stored for a maximum of 24 hours
- Domain names may be changed or removed at any time
- Email addresses may become unavailable without warning
- We cannot restore emails or domains once deleted
- Service uptime is not guaranteed
User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
Your Obligations
By using Mail On Deck, you agree to:
- Access emails ONLY through Mail On Deck's official platforms (website, authorized extensions, or official applications)
- Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, directly or indirectly
- Not receive, store, or view private or confidential information using temporary email addresses
- Not use temporary emails for important accounts or sensitive data that requires long-term access
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service
Prohibited Uses
You expressly agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to receive emails containing illegal content
- Attempt to circumvent Service limitations or security measures
- Use the Service to facilitate fraud, phishing, spam, or other malicious activities
- Register for financial services, government services, or other critical accounts
- Receive passwords, authentication codes, or sensitive personal information
- Share access credentials (for Premium accounts) with unauthorized users
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
- Violate any third-party intellectual property rights
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Impersonate any person or entity
Consequences of Violation
Violation of these terms may result in:
- Immediate termination of your access
- Deletion of your account (if applicable)
- Legal action and reporting to authorities
- No refund for any paid services
Email Privacy and Public Domain
CRITICAL UNDERSTANDING: READ CAREFULLY
No Expectation of Privacy
By using Mail On Deck, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All emails received through temporary addresses are PUBLIC DOMAIN
- Any user of Mail On Deck may potentially view your emails
- Emails are NOT private, confidential, or secure
- We have NO control over email content sent to your temporary address
- Emails may be altered, modified, or deleted by the system
- Any email you induce others to send becomes public domain immediately
Your Explicit Agreement
You explicitly agree that:
- You will NOT use Mail On Deck for private or confidential communications
- You will NOT receive sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, financial data, health records, passwords, authentication codes, etc.)
- You understand that emails may be viewable by any user
- You accept all risks associated with receiving emails through a public system
System Control
Mail On Deck:
- Has no control over material sent to temporary mailboxes
- Cannot prevent others from accessing emails
- Cannot guarantee email delivery or availability
- May alter or delete emails at any time
- Assumes no responsibility for email content
Data Retention and Deletion
Automatic Deletion
All emails and temporary email addresses are automatically and permanently deleted after 24 hours maximum.
- Emails cannot be recovered after deletion
- No backup copies are maintained
- Deletion is permanent and irreversible
Manual Deletion
You may manually delete your temporary email address and all associated emails at any time by:
- Clicking the "Delete" button on the homepage
- Generating a new temporary address
- Closing your browser session
No Restoration
Mail On Deck has no ability to restore emails or email addresses once they are deleted. Do not rely on Mail On Deck for important communications.
Account Registration (Premium Features)
If we offer Premium features requiring account registration:
Account Creation
- You may need to provide a valid email address for authentication
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must provide accurate and current information
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
Account Security
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Failure to pay subscription fees
- Any reason at our sole discretion
Subscription Terms and Pricing
Free Service
Mail On Deck's basic features are free and include:
- Access to free domain list
- Instant email address generation
- Copy to clipboard and QR code functionality
- Email receiving and viewing
- Automatic email notifications
- Download email sources (.EML)
- 24-hour email storage
Premium Service (If Available)
If we offer Premium subscriptions, additional features may include:
- Multiple simultaneous mailboxes
- Premium domain access (non-blacklisted, quality-checked)
- Extended email storage (up to 30 days)
- Private addresses with full ownership
- Ad-free experience
- Priority customer support
- Enhanced privacy and security features
Subscription Pricing
Premium pricing (subject to change):

- Annual Subscription: $59.99/year (save 50%)

Future Features
Your purchase is not contingent on delivery of any future functionality or features, nor dependent on any oral or written public comments regarding future features.
Payment and Billing
Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our authorized payment processor
- Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders
- You must provide valid payment information (credit card or PayPal)
- We do not store your payment information
Billing Cycle
- Monthly subscriptions are billed every month
- Annual subscriptions are billed every year
- Payment is charged when you confirm the initial subscription purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
- Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the current period ends
- Auto-renewal continues unless turned off at least 24 hours before renewal
- You can manage subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Profile
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Price changes:
- Will be communicated in advance
- Will not apply retroactively
- Will only apply to renewals after notification
- Will give you the option to cancel before renewal
If you do not agree to price changes, you may cancel your subscription before renewal.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your Mail On Deck account
- Going to the Profile section
- Clicking "Cancel Subscription"
After cancellation:
- You will continue to have Premium access until the subscription expires
- No further charges will be made
- Your account will revert to Free Service after expiration
Refund Policy
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
- You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- You can request a refund by contacting support@mailondeck.com
- After refund, you will lose access to Premium features immediately
Refund Limitations:
- Refunds are granted up to 2 times maximum per user
- After 2 refunds, future purchases are non-refundable
- No refunds for renewals canceled after the renewal charge
- No refunds for accounts terminated for Terms violations
- No partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@mailondeck.com with:
- Your account email address
- Order/transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
We will process valid refund requests within 5-7 business days.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Property
The Service and all content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to:
- Software, code, and algorithms
- Text, graphics, logos, images, and design
- User interface and visual design
- Trademarks, service marks, and trade names
- All derivative works and improvements
are owned by Mail On Deck, our licensors, or other content providers, and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Use the Service in accordance with these Terms
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Remove or alter proprietary notices
- License, sell, rent, lease, transfer, or distribute the Service
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
Trademark Notice
"Mail On Deck" and associated logos are trademarks of Mail On Deck. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
User Content and Submissions
Feedback and Suggestions
If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, or proposals ("Submissions") to us:
- Submissions automatically become our sole and exclusive property
- We may use Submissions for any purpose without compensation or credit
- We have no obligation to keep Submissions confidential
- We may use, copy, modify, publish, or redistribute Submissions freely
User-Generated Content
Any content you cause to be sent to Mail On Deck temporary addresses:
- Becomes public domain
- Is not confidential or proprietary
- May be accessed by any user
- May be used, modified, or deleted by us
Third-Party Services and Links
Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Mail On Deck.
We are not responsible for:
- Content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites

Termination
Termination by You

For Premium accounts, you should cancel your subscription through your Account Profile.
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice or liability, for any reason, including:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Extended periods of inactivity
- At our sole discretion
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
- We may delete your account and all associated data
- You remain liable for all obligations incurred before termination
- Sections of these Terms that by nature should survive will survive (including warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute resolution)
No Refunds Upon Termination
If we terminate your account for Terms violations, you are not entitled to any refund of subscription fees.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Informal Negotiation
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@mailondeck.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 60 days.
Notice of Dispute
A Notice of Dispute must include:
- Your name, address, and contact information
- Description of the dispute
- Relief requested
Binding Arbitration
If informal negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, NOT court litigation.
YOU ARE WAIVING YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
Arbitration Terms
- Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA)
- Governed by AAA's Commercial Arbitration Rules
- Arbitrator's decision is final and binding
- Conducted in English
- Location: To be determined by the arbitrator
Exceptions to Arbitration
This arbitration clause does NOT apply to:
- Claims for injunctive or equitable relief regarding intellectual property rights
- Small claims court matters within jurisdictional limits
Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY.
You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
Costs
The prevailing party in arbitration may be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.

No Partnership
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Mail On Deck.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
Headings
Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.
Statute of Limitations
Any claim arising from the Service must be filed within ONE (1) YEAR after the claim arose. Otherwise, the claim is permanently barred.
